Instructions for performer submissions for 2012
Home County books Canadian acts exclusively, and is geared to singer-songwriters in a variety of genres, (e.g. blues, bluegrass, Celtic, Acadian, aboriginal, contemporary, alt folk/rock) and small ensembles (quartets usually maximum). Musicians that fuse traditional styles in a contemporary way are of particular interest. Rock, pop/country or pop based acts need not apply.
Please be aware that the festival receives hundreds of applications each year, and the festival generally only books 25 to 30 acts per year. Due to the voluntary nature of the Artistic Director Position, only artists of interest will be contacted.
Artists may send a CD and one page bio (including a listing of other festivals you have played) to
